Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Project Engineer to oversee end-to-end site execution and management of solar power projects. In this role, you will be responsible for technical execution, resource allocation, team supervision, and maintaining client relationships to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma (Electrical & Electronics Engineering preferred)
Experience: 5+ years total experience, with a minimum of 2 years in Solar Projects

Key Responsibilities
- Site Management: Manage and oversee the solar project site operations.
- Material Management: Handle on-site material allocation, tracking, and inventory control.
- People Management: Direct, supervise, and lead the on-site team and workforce.
- On-Site Execution: Execute day-to-day engineering and operational tasks directly on site.
- Client Communications: Serve as the primary point of contact for client discussions and site progress updates.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
