1. Draft and post job openings; screen resumes and coordinate interviews
2. Manage HR documentation including offer letters, agreements, and records
3. Assist the founder and Manager with daily tasks, coordination, and execution of priorities
4. Schedule and manage internal and external meetings
5. Draft and send official communication on behalf of the founder and manager
6. Track action items and ensure timely completion of tasks assigned
7. Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee data
8. Prepare monthly payroll inputs and salary calculations
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
