Our requirements:
- Light AD User Management
- Expertise in Desktop Support
- Server basic health checks/troubleshooting
- Client-Side VPN/MS Office/Printer/Antivirus installation & support
- Backup checks & escalation
- Patch installation & Management
Professional Skills:
- Three-year Diploma or Graduate or Postgraduate
- MCSE/MCSA certification would be a plus
Essential requirement:
- Willing to work in dedicated night shift
- Excellent communication skills
