We specialize in education consultancy, overseas assistance, Hajj & Umrah services, visa support, and international tour packages. We are looking for energetic and customer-focused candidates to join our team as Customer Support Executives.

Location
Kollam, Kerala (with opportunities across Kerala branches)
Experience
* Freshers can apply
* Candidates with 1 year experience in customer service, travel consultancy, tourism, or sales are preferred
Job Responsibilities
* Handle customer inquiries related to Hajj, Umrah, education consultancy, visa services, and tour packages
* Introduce and explain new travel packages, seasonal offers, and promotional services to clients
* Support clients through booking, documentation, and travel coordination processes
* Maintain professional communication through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and direct customer interaction
* Build strong customer relationships and ensure high client satisfaction
* Achieve monthly sales and service targets
* Coordinate with branch teams and GCC service partners
* Follow up with potential clients and convert inquiries into bookings
* Keep updated records of customer interactions and transactions
* Provide guidance regarding Hajj & Umrah travel procedures and package details
Skills Required
* Good communication skills in Malayalam, English, and Hindi/Arabic is an added advantage
* Basic computer knowledge and customer handling skills
* Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
* Ability to work in a team environment
* Passion for travel, tourism, and customer service
