We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Head for a leading books distribution company.
Requirements:
* Excellent English writing and speaking skills
* Expertise in hiring and managing:
* Sales Team
* Accounts Team
* Recovery & Collection Team
* Distribution Team
* Ability to develop strong systems and mechanisms for smooth company operations
* Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
* Experience in organizational development and workforce planning will be preferred
