Position: Marketing & Social Media Content Creator
Job Description:
We are looking for a creative, energetic, and result-driven Marketing & Social Media Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about digital marketing, content creation, photography, videography, and social media trends. You will be responsible for building our brand presence, increasing customer engagement, and driving sales through innovative marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create engaging content (photos, videos, reels, and graphics) for social media platforms.
- Manage and grow our Instagram, Facebook, Google Business Profile, and other digital platforms.
- Plan and execute creative marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Capture high-quality photos and videos of food, rooms, events, and hotel facilities.
- Design attractive posters, brochures, and promotional materials.
- Write compelling captions and marketing content.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare monthly reports.
- Respond to customer inquiries and online reviews professionally.
- Coordinate with hotel departments to promote special events, offers, and seasonal campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and digital marketing techniques.
Requirements:
- Experience in social media management and digital marketing.
- Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools.
- Basic photography and videography skills.
- Video editing skills using Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar software.
- Excellent communication and creative thinking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
