Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations while supporting HR activities. The role involves coordinating operational processes, managing employee-related functions, ensuring compliance, and assisting management in achieving organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
*Oversee and manage day-to-day operational activities
*Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow
*Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
*Handle basic HR activities including recruitment support, onboarding, and employee coordination
*Monitor attendance, leave management, and assist in payroll coordination
*Address employee queries and support HR-related documentation
*Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements
*Handle operational and employee-related issues professionally
*Track performance metrics and support process improvement initiatives
*Maintain operational and HR records and documentation
*Assist management in operational planning, reporting, and strategy
Qualifications & Skills
*MBA , BBA or a related field
*Experience in operations with exposure to HR activities
*Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
*Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
*Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
