Job Summary :-
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Scent Factory branches. The role involves managing branch performance, team productivity, inventory, compliance, and supporting new branch openings while ensuring operational efficiency and company standards.
Key Responsibilities :-
- Manage and supervise day-to-day operations across all branches.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs, policies, and operational standards.
- Monitor branch performance, sales, productivity, and operational efficiency.
- Supervise Store Managers and branch-level staff.
- Coordinate with HR for recruitment, manpower planning, training, and employee-related matters.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock availability, wastage, pilferage, and discrepancies.
- Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, finance, HR, and marketing teams.
- Plan and execute new branch openings and ensure timely operational readiness.
- Conduct regular branch inspections and audits.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, hygiene, and company requirements.
- Monitor KPIs and implement improvements to enhance operational performance.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly operational reports to management.
- Ensure proper cash handling and control mechanisms.
- Support management in achieving operational and business targets.
- Manage operations within the approved annual budget.
Requirements :-
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in Operations Management, preferably in Perfume/ retail/FMCG/franchise or multi-branch operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple branches and travel as required.
- Strong knowledge of inventory, operational controls, and performance monitoring.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
