Electrical Engineer – Crusher & Screening Plant (High Voltage)
Experience: 2–6 Years (Crusher Plant Experience Mandatory)
Job Role
Responsible for complete operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring of electrical systems in Crusher & Screening Plants. Candidate should have strong hands-on experience in handling high-voltage electrical systems, panels, motors, and Terex plant equipment, and should be capable of independently managing plant electrical activities from installation to breakdown maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle complete electrical operation & maintenance of Crusher & Screening Plants
- Strong working knowledge of Terex Crushers, Screens, Feeders & Conveyor Systems
- Operate and maintain HT/LT electrical systems and power distribution networks
- Installation, testing & maintenance of transformers, switchgear & control panels
- Maintain motors, VFDs, MCC panels, PLC systems & protection relays
- Perform preventive, predictive & breakdown maintenance
- Diagnose and rectify electrical faults with minimum downtime
- Troubleshoot electrical circuits, sensors, actuators & control systems
- Monitor power consumption and improve plant efficiency
- Handle cable laying, panel wiring & electrical commissioning work
- Coordinate with mechanical & operations team for smooth plant functioning
- Spare planning, inventory control & maintenance scheduling
- Supervise technicians and ensure plant safety SOP compliance
Technical Knowledge (Must Have)
- HT/LT systems & power distribution
- Crusher & screening process flow
- Plant erection & electrical commissioning
- VFD, PLC, MCC & SCADA systems
- Electrical drawings & circuit reading
- Transformers, switchgear & protection systems
- Motors, relays & industrial control systems
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Basic mechanical coordination knowledge
- Production optimization & maintenance cost control
- Knowledge of electrical safety standards and shutdown procedures
Ideal Candidate
- Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
- Background in Mining / Aggregates / Cement Plant preferred
- Strong hands-on field experience (not desk-only)
- Experience in high-voltage systems and industrial electrical maintenance
- Leadership & reporting skills
- Willing to work at site location

Pay: ₹16,354.00 - ₹60,547.12 per month
