The HR Executive will support day-to-day HR Operations and Recruitment Coordination activities across the Unit. The role involves employee lifecycle management, documentation, onboarding, interview coordination, employee communication and HR process support.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day HR operations and employee coordination activities.
- Maintain employee records, personal files and HR documentation.
- Assist in attendance, leave management and HR data updating.
- Coordinate onboarding, induction, confirmation and exit formalities.
- Prepare HR letters, employee communication, notices and circulars.
- Support recruitment activities including profile screening, interview scheduling and candidate follow-ups.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, interview records and candidate databases.
- Coordinate joining formalities and pre-employment documentation.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and HR events.
- Coordinate with Accounts, Admin and Department Heads for smooth HR functioning.
- Assist in implementation of HR policies, SOPs and compliance-related activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,185.19 per month
