Position Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive sales growth for our Doors & Windows Manufacturing business in Andhra Pradesh. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in inside sales, lead generation, customer acquisition, and team coordination. The candidate must have hands-on experience generating and converting leads from Justdial, IndiaMART, Google Leads, Digital Marketing campaigns, and other online sources while managing end-to-end customer fulfillment processes.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Generate new business opportunities through Inside Sales activities.
- Handle and convert leads received from:
- Justdial
- IndiaMART
- Google Leads
- Digital Marketing Campaigns
- Website & Social Media Inquiries
- Follow up with prospective customers and schedule meetings/site visits.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial terms with clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, architects, contractors, and homeowners.
Lead Management
- Monitor and track all incoming leads through CRM or internal systems.
- Ensure timely response and conversion of leads.
- Maintain lead pipeline and sales reports.
- Analyze lead sources and improve conversion rates.
Team Coordination & Operations
- Coordinate with the Delivery Team to ensure timely product dispatch.
- Work closely with the Installation Coordination Team for smooth project execution.
- Follow up on customer contracts, documentation, and payment collections.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer concerns related to delivery, installation, and service.
Payment & Contract Management
- Track advance payments and pending receivables.
- Ensure contract compliance and proper documentation.
- Coordinate with accounts for payment follow-ups and collections.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–10 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Inside Sales.
- Experience in handling leads from Justdial, IndiaMART, Google Ads, SEO/Digital Marketing campaigns, and online lead generation platforms.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in Telugu.
- Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries and coordinate with internal teams.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, CRM software, and sales reporting.
- Self-motivated with a strong target-achievement mindset.
- Experience in building materials, doors, windows, UPVC, aluminum fabrication, construction materials, interiors, or related industries will be preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Proven self-contribution in sales generation and revenue achievement.
- Experience managing customer lifecycle from lead generation to project completion.
- Ability to coordinate delivery, installation, contracts, and payment collection processes.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
