Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver lectures in Commerce subjects, particularly Finance, Accounts, IT, and Marketing.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Mentor and guide students in academic and career development.
- Participate in curriculum development, academic activities, and departmental initiatives.
- Conduct research, seminars, workshops, and industry interaction programs.
- Maintain academic records and ensure compliance with university and institutional standards.
Eligibility Criteria:
- MBA is mandatory with specialization in Finance, Marketing, IT, or related Commerce disciplines.
- Candidates with additional qualifications such as M.Com, NET, SET, or Ph.D. will be preferred.
- Strong academic background and subject knowledge.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
Experience:
- 1–5 years of teaching experience in higher education institutions preferred.
- Fresh candidates with excellent academic credentials and teaching aptitude may also apply.
Required Skills:
- Strong command over Commerce and Management subjects.
- Excellent communication and student engagement skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and educational technologies.
- Research-oriented mindset and willingness to contribute to academic excellence.
Salary: As per qualifications, experience, and institutional norms.

Note: The selected candidate will be required to work from the Rau Campus, Indore.
Pay: ₹13,094.28 - ₹70,189.25 per month
