Job Summary
We are looking for a Cinematographer & Podcast Studio Manager to manage both the shooting requirements and day-to-day operations of our podcast studio.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with podcast shoots, cameras, lighting, photography and videography, along with good organisational and communication skills. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for ensuring that the studio is properly set up, maintained and ready for every shoot.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate cameras for podcasts, interviews, reels and other video content.
- Handle camera settings, framing, composition, lenses and basic cinematography.
- Set up and manage studio lighting for podcast and video shoots.
- Manage podcast recording setups, including cameras, lights and basic audio equipment.
- Shoot product photography and product videography when required.
- Ensure all studio equipment is properly maintained, organised and ready for use.
- Manage day-to-day studio operations and ensure the studio remains clean and production-ready.
- Coordinate with hosts, guests, creators and internal teams during shoots.
- Troubleshoot basic camera, lighting, audio and studio equipment issues.
- Maintain an inventory of cameras, lenses, lights, microphones, stands and other production equipment.
- Ensure smooth execution of shoots from setup to pack-down.
- Take responsibility for the overall readiness and functioning of the podcast studio.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in videography/cinematography.
- Experience with podcast shoots and studio setups.
- Good understanding of camera operation, lenses, framing and composition.
- Good knowledge of lighting techniques and studio lighting setups.
- Experience in product photography and videography.
- Basic understanding of podcast audio and microphone setups.
- Ability to independently set up cameras and lighting for a shoot.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to manage studio operations while handling shooting responsibilities.
- Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
Language Requirements
- English: Intermediate to Excellent spoken communication.
- Hindi: Good spoken communication.
- Comfortable communicating with guests, clients and team members in both Hindi and English.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is someone who is creative, technically skilled, organised and hands-on. You should be comfortable managing the complete studio setup and also taking ownership of the shoot.

Candidates with experience in podcast studios, production houses, YouTube/content studios, photography studios or similar environments are preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
