Key Responsibilities Process Coordination & Monitoring
- Coordinate and monitor day-to-day business processes across departments such as production, sales, dispatch, accounts, and procurement
- Ensure smooth flow of information and timely execution of tasks as per defined processes
Workflow Management
- Track process timelines, follow up with concerned teams, and ensure deadlines are met
- Identify process gaps, delays, or inefficiencies and report them to management
Required Skills
- Process Understanding: Basic knowledge of business and operational workflows
- Coordination Skills: Strong follow-up and task-tracking abilities
- Communication Skills: Clear verbal and written communication with internal teams
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Computer Proficiency: MS Excel, Word, email communication, basic ERP/CRM knowledge
- Attention to Detail: Accuracy in data tracking, documentation, and reporting
- Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to resolving process-related issues
