We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Area Sales Manager to lead laptop sales for an entire region. If you have a proven track record in sales and team management, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee laptop sales operations for the assigned region.
- Drive sales growth by implementing effective strategies and meeting regional sales targets.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key partners.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Ensure timely reporting of sales data, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with supply chain teams for optimal inventory management.
- Plan and execute regional promotional campaigns to boost product visibility and sales.
Skills & Qualifications required :
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in an Area Manager role in laptop sales or related industries.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Analytical mindset with a strong understanding of market dynamics.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
