About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and driven HR Recruiter Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is aggressive, target-oriented, and passionate about talent acquisition. You will play a key role in identifying and hiring top talent while gaining hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate further interview rounds
- Maintain candidate databases and track hiring progress
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong command of spoken and written language
- Highly motivated, aggressive, and target-driven mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes (preferred, not mandatory)
- Proficiency in MS Office and/or recruitment tools is a plus
