We are looking for an energetic, result-oriented, and self-motivated Sales & Marketing Manager who is passionate about field sales, business development, and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through field sales, networking, referrals, cold calling, and client meetings.
- Identify and approach prospective clients for Digital Marketing and Software Development services.
- Promote and sell the company's services, including:
- Digital Marketing Services (SEO, Social Media Marketing, Performance Marketing, Branding, Content Marketing)
- Website Design & Development
- E-commerce Website Development
- Mobile Application Development (Android & iOS)
- CRM Solutions
- HRMS Solutions
- ERP Solutions
- Custom Software Development
- Conduct client presentations, product demonstrations, and requirement-gathering meetings.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers in coordination with the internal team.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Attend business meetings, networking events, exhibitions, and corporate visits to generate quality leads.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and CRM with accurate customer information.
- Coordinate with the technical and marketing teams for smooth project onboarding.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the management.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of Digital Marketing and IT Services.
- Proven ability to generate leads independently.
- Confident in conducting field visits and face-to-face client meetings.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development, preferably in Digital Marketing or IT Services.
- Experience in selling Website Development, Mobile Applications, CRM, HRMS, ERP, or Custom Software Solutions will be preferred.
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing is compulsory.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Mandatory Requirements
- Own two-wheeler (Bike) for client meetings and field visits.
- Own Laptop for presentations, meetings, and daily work.
- Willingness to travel extensively for business development and client acquisition.
- Valid Driving License.
