Job Summary
We are looking for passionate and customer-focused Optometrists / Senior sels join our Home Eye Testing & Home Try-On team. The candidate will conduct eye examinations at customers' homes, provide vision care solutions, recommend eyewear, and ensure an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive eye examinations at customer locations.
- Perform refraction and vision assessments.
- Recommend suitable spectacles and lens options based on customer needs.
- Demonstrate frames and assist customers in selecting eyewear.
- Educate customers about eye health and vision care.
- Identify and refer cases requiring medical attention.
- Maintain accurate patient records and prescriptions.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Achieve customer satisfaction and service quality targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Optometry./ Any Graduation / MBA
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned city.
- Basic knowledge of ophthalmic instruments and refraction techniques.
