Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – ECE, EEE, Mechanical, Instrumentation or related field
Job Summary
We are looking for a Service Engineer to install, troubleshoot, maintain, and service Cash Counting Machines, Currency Sorting Machines, Note Sorting Machines, and Banking Automation Equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation and commissioning of machines.
- Attend customer service calls and resolve technical issues.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Troubleshoot electrical, electronic, mechanical, sensor, and PCB-related issues.
- Replace components such as sensors, rollers, belts, motors, and power supplies.
- Maintain service reports and customer records.
- Coordinate with customers and internal technical teams.
- Provide basic machine training to customers.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations.
Required Skills
- Experience in Cash Counting / Currency Sorting / Note Sorting Machines preferred.
- Good troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of electronic and mechanical components.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Hindi communication preferred.
- Willingness to travel.
