Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Head of AI / AI Solution Lead who can lead our AI practice from strategy to execution. This role requires a rare combination of deep technical expertise, business understanding, solution architecture capabilities, and leadership skills.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining AI strategy, designing enterprise-grade AI architectures, leading AI teams, engaging with clients, and ensuring successful delivery of AI initiatives across industries.
Experience with SAP Business AI, SAP Joule, SAP BTP AI Services, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Enterprise AI Platforms will be a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities
AI Strategy & Leadership
- Define and execute the company's AI vision and roadmap.
- Build and scale the AI practice, including people, processes, and delivery frameworks.
- Identify emerging AI trends and convert them into business opportunities.
- Act as the AI leader for customer engagements and executive discussions.
Solution Architecture
- Design enterprise-grade AI and GenAI architectures.
- Create scalable, secure, and production-ready AI solutions.
- Architect AI agents, copilots, RAG solutions, knowledge assistants, and autonomous workflows.
- Define integration strategies across ERP, CRM, commerce, and enterprise systems.
Technical Leadership
- Lead AI engineers, data scientists, architects, and developers.
- Establish AI development standards, governance, and best practices.
- Review solution designs, code quality, and deployment strategies.
- Drive innovation using Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, NLP, and Machine Learning.
Client & Business Engagement
- Understand client challenges and translate them into AI-driven business solutions.
- Participate in solutioning, presales, workshops, and proposal development.
- Present AI roadmaps and business cases to CIOs, CTOs, and business leaders.
- Support sales and business development teams with AI consulting expertise.
AI Product Development
- Lead development of AI accelerators, reusable frameworks, and AI products.
- Define product architecture, roadmap, and commercialization strategy.
- Build enterprise AI platforms that can be reused across multiple customers.
Requirements & Skills
Technical Expertise
- 8+ years of overall technology experience.
- 5+ years leading AI, ML, or Generative AI initiatives.
- Strong expertise in:
- Generative AI
- Large Language Models (GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, Mistral)
- Agentic AI & Multi-Agent Systems
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- AI Orchestration Frameworks
- Machine Learning & Deep Learning

- AI Security & Governance
Architecture & Integration
- Experience designing enterprise AI architectures.
- Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, cloud platforms, and enterprise integrations.
- Experience integrating AI with ERP, CRM, Commerce, and Business Applications.
- Ability to create AI reference architectures and implementation roadmaps.
SAP AI Experience (Preferred)
- Hands-on experience with SAP Business AI.
- Experience with SAP Joule and Joule Agents.
- Knowledge of SAP BTP AI Services and SAP AI Core.
- Experience integrating AI with SAP S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Commerce, SAP CX, or SAP BTP.
- Understanding of SAP's AI-first enterprise strategy.
Leadership & Consulting
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple AI projects and customer engagements simultaneously.
- Experience mentoring architects, developers, and AI engineers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building AI products from concept to production.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure AI, AWS AI, or Google Vertex AI.
- Knowledge of MLOps, LLMOps, and AI governance frameworks.
- Experience in SAP, Manufacturing, Retail, Mining, Logistics, Utilities, or Healthcare industries.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
