Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Pune.
The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, reaching out through calls, meetings, networking, and referrals, and generating new business opportunities for Aster.co's services. The company will provide lead data and prospect information, while the Sales Executive will focus on client outreach, relationship building, and converting prospects into customers.
Daily responsibilities include:
- Making outbound calls to potential clients and decision-makers.
- Understanding business challenges and presenting relevant Aster.co solutions.
- Pitching Branding, Social Media Marketing, Performance Marketing, Website Development, and Creative Services.
- Scheduling and attending client meetings and presentations.
- Following up with prospects and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
- Preparing proposals and quotations with support from the internal team.
- Meeting monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Updating client interactions and sales progress in CRM/reporting tools.
- Collaborating with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Representing Aster.co at networking events, business meetups, and local industry gatherings.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in cold calling, client outreach, and lead generation.
- Ability to understand business needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, branding, or website development is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple prospects and follow-ups effectively.
- Prior experience in sales, business development, marketing services, or agency sales is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills are encouraged to apply.
- Willingness to travel within Pune for client meetings and business development activities.
