8–15 years of experience in operations, administration, or production management preferably in bakery, food manufacturing, FMCG, or hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Manage day-to-day bakery unit operations smoothly and efficiently
- Ensure timely production planning and coordination with kitchen and dispatch teams
- Monitor workflow, productivity, and operational efficiency
- Maintain operational SOPs and discipline within the unit
Purchase & Inventory
- Handle procurement of raw materials, packaging, and operational supplies
- Coordinate with vendors and negotiate pricing and delivery timelines
- Monitor inventory levels and reduce wastage/losses
- Ensure proper stock records and inventory tracking
MIS & Reporting
- Maintain daily MIS reports and operational data
- Track expenses, production records, staff attendance, and stock reports
- Coordinate with management for weekly and monthly operational updates
- Ensure documentation accuracy and timely reporting
Administrative Responsibilities
- Oversee administrative and facility-related activities
- Manage staff coordination, scheduling, and operational compliance
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and smooth functioning of the unit
- Handle vendor coordination and basic compliance documentation
Team Management
- Lead and supervise a team of 4–5 executives/staff members
- Allocate responsibilities and monitor team performance
- Maintain positive work culture and accountability
- Train and guide junior staff when required
Candidate Requirements
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good knowledge of Excel, MIS reporting, and operational documentation
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and vendor management skills
- Problem-solving attitude with operational ownership mindset
- Experience in bakery/food production industry will be preferred
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month
