Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Education Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students, promoting training programs, and assisting them in making informed career decisions. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a student-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students regarding training programs, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
- Handle student inquiries through phone calls, emails, walk-ins, and digital platforms.
- Explain course features, curriculum, fee structures, and career prospects effectively.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, admissions, and student interactions in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission and onboarding process.
- Achieve monthly admission targets and contribute to organizational growth.
- Participate in educational events, seminars, workshops, and promotional activities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Education Counseling, Academic Advising, Admissions, or Sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong counseling, convincing, and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
