Job Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and contractors.
* Generate sales and achieve monthly targets within the assigned territory.
* Appoint new dealers and expand the customer network.
* Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities.
* Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
* Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.
* Coordinate with the sales team to improve market coverage and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
* 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the building materials industry (Plywood, Laminates, Hardware, Paints, Tiles, Cement, Steel, etc.).
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Good knowledge of the assigned market and dealer network.
* Valid two-wheeler driving license and willingness to travel extensively.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
