Job Description :-
- 6-10 years of experience in planning and scheduling for high-rise residential building projects (minimum 2 projects of 20+ floors each) with EPC/contracting firms
- Hands-on experience in preparing and updating baseline and revised construction schedules (WBS, activity sequencing, resource loading) using Primavera P6 or MS Project
- Strong understanding of RCC high-rise construction sequence, shuttering/formwork cycles, concrete productivity norms, and MEP interface planning
- Proven experience in preparing look-ahead programmes (weekly/fortnightly), progress tracking, variance analysis, and delay impact reporting for management/client
- Ability to coordinate with site execution, procurement, contracts, and design teams to align material deliveries, subcontractor mobilization, and front availability with the plan
- Experience in preparing and monitoring project dashboards, S-curve, manpower and machinery histograms, and productivity reports for high-rise projects
- Good knowledge of construction contracts and planning-related clauses (milestones, LDs, extension of time support data, etc.)
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model with regular visits to Hadapsar/Hinjewadi project sites as per project needs
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
