Job Description: Accountant (Tally User)
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Purchase Entries: Record and maintain accurate sales and purchase transactions in Tally.
Bank Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile company bank accounts to ensure accuracy of financial records.
Cash Handling: Manage cash transactions, maintain petty cash records, and ensure proper documentation.
Payment Follow-up: Track vendor and customer payments, send reminders, and ensure timely settlements.
Ledger Maintenance: Update and verify ledgers for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general expenses. Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly/monthly financial reports for management review
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Office (Excel, Word).
1–3 years of accounting experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
Ability to coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
