We are looking for a responsible and organized Branch Admin to manage day-to-day administrative operations at our branch. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and basic computer knowledge to ensure smooth functioning of the institute.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative tasks and branch operations
- Handle student inquiries and provide accurate information
- Maintain records, documents, and student data
- Coordinate with faculty and management for smooth functioning
- Manage calls, emails, and walk-in queries professionally
- Assist in admissions process and follow-ups
- Ensure proper scheduling and classroom coordination
- Maintain office discipline and operational efficiency
Requirements:
- Graduate in any stream
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command over English language
- Strong communication and coordination ability
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in administration or education sector (optional)
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure
- Customer-handling skills
