Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment & onboarding
- Handle bulk hiring through colleges and online platforms
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified Telecaller candidates
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports
- Build and maintain relationships with job consultants, colleges, and recruitment partners.
- Ensure HR policies & compliance
