About Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dot Net Developer with hands-on experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the development of software applications using the .NET framework. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the development of software applications using the .NET framework.

- Develop clean, well-documented, and efficient code.
- Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure high-quality software solutions.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the .NET framework.
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members as needed.
- Continuously improving software development processes and methodologies.
- Work with project managers to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
· 3-4 years of experience in software development using the .NET framework.
· Expertise in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and SQL Server.
· Deep understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns.
· Experience with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
· Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
· Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
