About the Role
We're looking for a Creative Desinger / Strategist who understands that great performance marketing starts with great creatives.
This isn't a traditional content or copywriting role. We're looking for someone who can combine consumer psychology, creative thinking, and performance marketing to develop ad concepts that drive business results.
You'll work across multiple D2C and eCommerce brands, partnering with performance marketers, designers, video editors, creators, and founders to build high-performing creative campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
As a Creative Desginer / Strategist, you will:
- Develop creative strategies for performance marketing campaigns across multiple D2C brands.
- Research audiences, competitors, and market trends to identify winning creative opportunities.
- Generate fresh campaign ideas, messaging angles, and creative concepts.
- Write compelling hooks, scripts, storyboards, ad copy, and creative briefs.
- Translate customer insights and buying behaviour into effective creative direction.
- Collaborate with designers, editors, UGC creators, and performance marketers to execute campaigns.
- Analyse creative performance using metrics such as CTR, Hook Rate, Thumbstop Ratio, CPC, CPA, ROAS to understand what drives results.
- Review winning and underperforming creatives to identify patterns, insights, and opportunities for future testing.
- Analyze winning and losing creatives to build repeatable creative frameworks and testing strategies.
- Stay updated with platform trends, emerging content formats, and best practices in paid social advertising.

- Organized and capable of managing multiple brands and projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced agency environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Candidates with experience in one or more of the following will be preferred:
- D2C or eCommerce marketing
- Performance marketing agencies
- Marketing, fashion marketing, economics or statistics backgrounds
- Strong working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
