We are looking for a motivated and organized Receptionist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls .
- Maintain office records, files, and documents.
- Perform data entry and basic accounting tasks.
- Prepare and Filling vouchers and Others paper.
- Coordinate with vendors and clients as required.
- Support day-to-day administrative and office operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel);
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
