Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to prospective students using the provided lead database
- Clearly explain course details, batch schedules, fee structure, and preparation approach
- Address queries and handle objections confidently
- Conduct regular follow-ups to close admissions
- Meet monthly enrollment targets of ₹1.5 - ₹4 Lakhs
- Maintain accurate records of calls
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth admission processing
Requirements
- Strong communication skills in both Hindi and English
- Comfortable working in a target-oriented sales environment
- Must have a personal laptop
- Willingness to work from the Bhopal office
