Role Overview
Teach Classes 11-12 and guide students for board exams + competitive exams. Build strong subject fundamentals while keeping classes interactive and exam-oriented.
Key Responsibilities
- Teaching: Plan and deliver lessons as per CBSE/ICSE/State board syllabus for assigned subject
- Assessment: Set question papers, conduct tests, evaluate answer sheets, maintain progress records
- Student Growth: Mentor students for Olympiads/JEE/NEET as applicable, provide doubt sessions
- Class Management: Maintain discipline, attendance, and a positive learning environment
- Records: Keep lesson plans, lab registers/practical records, and student feedback updated
Requirements
- Education: Master’s degree in relevant subject + B.Ed
- Experience: 2+ years teaching at senior secondary level preferred. Freshers with strong subject command can apply
- Skills: Clear communication, use of smart class/digital tools, subject depth + ability to simplify concepts
Salary is based on demo and experience
