CLIENT SUPPORT EXECUTIVE
- Manage and process customer orders in a timely and accurate manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via phone and email.
- Prepare and issue quotations, proposals, and sales-related documents.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and update customer information and sales records in the system.
- Generate sales reports and provide data analysis to support business decisions.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Track customer orders and provide status updates as required.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when appropriate.
Desired candidates profile
Any graduates with good communication skill English
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
