Key Responsibilities

Lead QA activities across multiple Neio Project products and workstreams.

Own QA planning, test strategy, test execution tracking, defect tracking, and release readiness reporting.

Coordinate work among QA engineers and ensure proper test coverage across assigned applications.

Review requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and business workflows to identify test gaps and risks.

Define test approach for functional testing, regression testing, API testing, automation, integration testing, and release validation.

Build, enhance, and maintain UI automation frameworks using Selenium or Playwright.

Build, enhance, and maintain API automation frameworks using Rest Assured.
-
Perform and review manual API testing using Postman.

Ensure effective defect reporting, defect triage participation, root cause analysis, and retesting.

Collaborate with product owners, engineering leads, business teams, delivery managers, and other stakeholders.
-
Mentor QA engineers and help improve their testing mindset, automation skills, and domain understanding.

Provide guidance for validating AI-enabled features where required, based on defined business rules, expected outputs, and acceptance criteria.
Required Skills
Strong manual testing foundation with excellent test design, test planning, and risk-based testing skills.

Strong hands-on UI automation experience using Selenium or Playwright.

Strong hands-on API automation experience using Rest Assured.

Strong manual API testing experience using Postman.

Good programming skills in Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python.

Experience designing or enhancing automation frameworks.

Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum, defect lifecycle, QA governance, and release processes.

Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP methods, authentication, authorization, integration flows, and backend validation.

Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.

Experience with Git and build tools such as Maven, Gradle, or npm.
