Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and field visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Present and demonstrate products or services to clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales quotations, proposals, and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the marketing and customer support teams to improve customer experience.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development (fresh graduates may be considered for junior roles).
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and field sales, if required.
