Key Responsibilities
Product Management Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for Gynecology products to achieve business objectives.
- Conduct market analysis, competitor tracking, customer insights, and portfolio performance assessments.
- Design annual brand plans, launch plans, and promotional strategies.
- Develop marketing inputs and promotional materials for field teams.
- Coordinate with sales teams to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives.
- Monitor product performance, sales trends, and market opportunities.
- Drive new product launch initiatives and lifecycle management activities.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Sales, Supply Chain, and Business Development.
Training Responsibilities
- Design and conduct product training programs for sales teams and new hires.
- Develop training modules, presentations, product manuals, FAQs, and learning tools.
- Deliver scientific and clinical training on Gynecology therapies and products.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and identify capability gaps.
- Support field coaching and continuous learning initiatives.
- Ensure field force readiness before product launches.
Candidate ProfileEducation
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy / Life Sciences
- MBA in Marketing preferred
Experience
- 4–8 years of pharmaceutical experience
- Minimum 2–4 years in Product Management within Gynecology/Women’s Health portfolio
- Experience in conducting product and sales training programs preferred

Preferred Candidate
- Prior experience handling Gynecology brands such as infertility, women's health, hormonal therapies, nutritional supplements, or related products.
- Experience in managing product launches and field-force training programs.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
