Role Overview
We are looking for a result-driven Marketing Manager who can take complete ownership of brand awareness, customer acquisition, store growth, and overall business growth. The ideal candidate should be capable of planning and executing marketing strategies, managing social media platforms, and driving measurable sales growth across all outlets.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness & Store Growth
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase store sales and revenue.
- Identify new opportunities for customer acquisition and retention.
- Create and implement local store marketing campaigns.
- Monitor store performance and suggest growth initiatives.
- Drive footfall, online orders, and repeat customer visits.
- Analyze sales data and prepare growth action plans.
Marketing Strategy
- Create monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing plans.
- Plan promotional campaigns, offers, and seasonal activities.
- Build partnerships with local businesses, colleges, gyms, and communities.
- Develop brand positioning and customer engagement strategies.
Social Media Management
- Manage all social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile.
- Plan and execute content calendars.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, and video editors.
- Monitor engagement, reach, followers, and campaign performance.
- Stay updated with social media trends and implement viral marketing ideas.
Digital Marketing
- Manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Optimize online presence across food delivery and review platforms.
- Track marketing ROI and campaign performance.
- Generate leads and increase brand visibility through digital channels.
Team Management
- Coordinate with store managers and operations teams.
- Lead marketing vendors, agencies, influencers, and freelancers.
- Ensure timely execution of all marketing activities.
Reporting & Accountability
- Take complete responsibility for achieving marketing and growth targets.
- Submit weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Track KPIs including sales growth, customer acquisition, social media growth, and campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in QSR, food, retail, or hospitality.
- Strong understanding of social media marketing and digital advertising.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make growth-focused decisions.
- Creative mindset with strong execution capabilities.

The Marketing Manager will be fully responsible for the growth of stores, brand visibility, customer acquisition, and overall business growth through strategic and innovative marketing initiatives.
Pay: ₹12,416.13 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Nashik, Maharashtra (Nashik)
