Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with fabric selection and purchases.
- Supervise and guide sales staff.
- Ensure attractive product displays and showroom cleanliness.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate replenishment.
- Handle customer queries and complaints.
- Track sales performance and prepare basic reports.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day showroom operations.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of retail/showroom experience (textile or fabric industry preferred).
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Basic computer and inventory management knowledge.
Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
