HR Recruitment Executive
JOB SUMMARY :
- End-to-End Recruitment Process: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Oil & Gas,FMCG etc from job requisition, sourcing, and screening to offer negotiation etc.
- -Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with hiring managers, team leads, and department heads across multiple functions to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and set recruitment strategies.
- -Talent Sourcing & Screening: Use a variety of sourcing channels including job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, and social media platforms to find and attract both active and passive candidates. Evaluate candidates’ qualifications through resume screening and initial interviews to ensure a strong match with the role.
- -Job Advertising & Market Research: Write clear, engaging job descriptions tailored to both IT and Non-IT functions, and post them on appropriate channels. Conduct market research to stay current on trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in recruitment.
- -Interview Coordination: Schedule and facilitate interviews, ensuring an efficient and positive candidate experience. Coordinate with hiring managers to facilitate decision-making, gather feedback, and ensure smooth communication with candidates throughout the process.
- -Offer Negotiation & Closing: Present competitive job offers to candidates, manage the negotiation process, and ensure timely acceptance. Work with HR and compensation teams to structure offers based on market data and company standards.
- -Candidate Engagement: Maintain continuous communication with candidates to ensure an engaging experience throughout the recruitment process. Act as a trusted advisor, providing feedback, managing expectations, and building strong relationships.
- -Onboarding Support: Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are set up for success from day one.
- -Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for both technical and non-technical roles. Ensure rapid response times for urgent hiring needs by maintaining a strong database of pre-vetted candidates.
- -Recruitment Analytics & Reporting: Track key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, candidate experience, and offer acceptance rate. Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on the status of open requisitions and recruitment activities.
- -Document Verification: Collect required documents from shortlisted candidates, such as educational certificates, work experience proofs, and identification documents. Verify the authenticity of submitted documents and ensure compliance with company standards.
