Job Title: Tele Sales Executive

Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Tele Sales Executive to connect with potential customers, explain company products/services, and generate sales through outbound and inbound calling. The role requires strong communication skills, follow-up ability, customer handling, and conversion-focused selling. The ideal candidate should be confident in building customer relationships and achieving sales targets consistently.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Lead Conversion
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services
- Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert leads into customers
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
2. Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested leads
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships
- Resolve basic customer queries and objections professionally
- Maintain proper call records and customer database updates
3. Coordination & Reporting
- Update CRM/software with customer interaction details
- Coordinate with operations/support teams for smooth customer on boarding
- Prepare daily call reports and sales performance updates
- Share market/customer feedback with the management team
4. Process & Compliance
- Follow company sales scripts and communication standards
- Ensure professional and ethical communication with customers
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information
Required Skills & Competencies
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling ability
- Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate / Undergraduate (depending on company requirement)
- 3 years of experience in telesales, tele calling, or customer support preferred
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
