Job Title: Fire & Safety Officer

Job Overview:
We are seeking a responsible and proactive Fire & Safety Officer to oversee and implement safety protocols within the organization. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with fire safety regulations, conducting risk assessments, and maintaining a safe working environment for all staff and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement fire safety policies and procedures
- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments
- Ensure all fire safety equipment is properly maintained and functional
- Monitor compliance with safety standards and legal regulations
- Organize fire drills and emergency evacuation procedures
- Train staff on fire safety awareness and emergency response
- Investigate incidents and prepare detailed safety reports
- Coordinate with local fire authorities and safety agencies
- Maintain records of safety audits, inspections, and training sessions
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Fire & Safety, Industrial Safety, or related field
- Certification in Fire Safety Management is an added advantage
- Knowledge of safety regulations and emergency procedures
Experience:
- 5-7 years of relevant experience preferred with NABH
Salary:
- ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)
