We’re looking for passionate Management Interns who want to learn, contribute, and grow with us.
As a Management Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience across Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, and Sales. You’ll collaborate with multiple teams, manage projects, and directly contribute to FITISTAN’s growth, both in its B2C community initiatives and B2B partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, collaborations, and fitness community initiatives.
- Support social media marketing, including content planning, influencer outreach, and campaign execution.
- Participate in influencer marketing activities, from selection and coordination to performance tracking.
- Assist in reel creation, editing, and shoot coordination for social media content.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new growth opportunities.
- Drive lead generation for FITISTAN’s B2B function, targeting fitness brands, corporates, and wellness partners.
- Support sales operations, client onboarding, and partnership development.
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and logistics teams for merchandise, events, and fulfillment.
- Help manage inventory tracking, dispatch coordination, and Fitistan Store operations.
- Prepare performance reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
- Streamline internal workflows and contribute ideas for improving efficiency.
- Collaborate across departments to enhance community engagement and campaign results.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed an MBA / BBA / Degree in Business, Management, or Marketing.
- Strong interest in fitness, health, sports, fashion and community-driven startups.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM and analytics tools preferred.
- Ability to use AI tools efficiently for content creation, research, and productivity.
- A proactive, creative problem solver who can multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
