Job Summary
We are looking for an Incident Manager to lead cybersecurity incident response activities across IT and OT environments while ensuring business continuity.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Incident Response Plans.
- Conduct mock drills and tabletop exercises.
- Coordinate OT Security Incident Response Team.
- Manage incident documentation.
- Define escalation procedures.
- Coordinate recovery activities.
- Report major incidents.
- Maintain ServiceNow incident records.
- Review and improve response strategies.
