Job Summary
We are seeking a Business Operations & Strategy Manager to work directly with the Managing Director in driving operational excellence across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing business dashboards, preparing executive presentations, coordinating with multiple departments, monitoring KPIs, and supporting strategic business development initiatives.
This role requires exceptional analytical skills, advanced Microsoft Excel expertise, outstanding PowerPoint presentation abilities, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Business Reporting & Performance Management
- Design and maintain business performance dashboards using Microsoft Excel.
- Develop weekly, monthly, and quarterly MIS reports.
- Analyze operational data and provide management insights.
- Monitor department-wise KPIs and performance metrics.
- Prepare executive-level reports for management review.
Executive Presentation & Documentation
- Create professional PowerPoint presentations for clients, investors, and internal meetings.
- Prepare business proposals, company profiles, and strategic presentations.
- Convert complex business data into easy-to-understand visual reports.
Cross-functional Coordination
- Coordinate with Marketing, Technical, Training, and Business Development teams.
- Collect weekly status updates from all departments.
- Consolidate department reports into a single executive summary.
- Track pending tasks and ensure timely completion.
Meeting Management
- Schedule and organize:
- Weekly Review Meetings
- Monthly Business Review Meetings
- Leadership Meetings
- Prepare meeting agendas.
- Record Minutes of Meeting (MoM).
- Track action items and follow up with department heads.
Business Development Support
- Support the Managing Director in business development activities.
- Prepare proposals and business documents.
- Conduct market and competitor research.
- Maintain CRM and business opportunity trackers.
- Assist in client presentations and meetings.
Process Improvement
- Develop reporting templates and SOPs.
- Improve operational workflows.
- Recommend productivity improvements across departments.
- Ensure accurate documentation and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience
- 3–7 years of experience in Operations, MIS, Business Analytics, Executive Coordination, or Business Management.
- Experience in preparing management reports and dashboards.
- Experience supporting senior management or leadership teams is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
