Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for Procuring Tablet, Capsule, Injectable Packing materials.
Responsible for procurement of packing materials / production related materials and miscellaneous items.
Enquiry floats to multiple vendors for packing material quotations of commercial orders and for Tender orders & marketing team related costing purpose.
Preparing cost comparisons & evaluate offers rates from suppliers.
Cost Negotiation with suppliers and finalization of rate after taking management approvals.
Co-ordinate with unit for maintain Stock and schedule the common item PPM dispatch (PVDC, PVC, Ampules)
Follow up with vendors for dispatch & timely, schedule delivery of packing materials in our factory.
Ensuring payment is released on time for all vendors as per the terms and conditions.
Co-ordination with accounts team for payments of vendors.
Co-ordination with Artist, production team (QA & QC dept.) for technical support.
Interact with suppliers and resolve issues regarding rejection or any other commercial/technical matters.
Purchase order checking and taking approval from Senior Management for final authorization.
Sourcing for new and alternate vendors for packing materials & for new projects as per the market requirements.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
