- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, couriers, and correspondence efficiently.
- Maintain proper inward and outward registers, document filing, and record management systems.
- Manage office administration activities and ensure smooth day-to-day front office operations.
- Prepare, update, and maintain reports, trackers, and MIS using MS Excel.
- Coordinate with different departments for administrative and documentation requirements.
- Maintain office stationery inventory and support general office housekeeping coordination.
- Ensure all company records, files, and documents are organized and easily accessible.
- Candidate should have a presentable personality, positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a pleasant smiling face.
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
