We are looking for a Lead Finance Officer – Business Finance to support financial planning, reporting, fund utilization, and business finance operations while closely working with senior leadership to drive financial efficiency and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning (FP&A)
- Prepare and analyze MIS reports, financial reports, and variance analysis
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and fund utilization
- Support evaluation of investments, capital allocation, and financial feasibility
- Assist in fund planning and tracking returns on key financial decisions
- Drive cost control initiatives and profitability analysis
- Ensure accuracy in financial reporting and monthly closures
- Maintain compliance, audit readiness, and statutory requirements
- Partner with business teams to provide financial insights and decision-making support
- Contribute towards improving financial processes, systems, and controls
- Demonstrate active interest and understanding in shares, commodities, gold, currency, and market trends.
Candidate Profile Required Experience
- 10–18 years of experience in Finance & Accounts
- Strong hands-on exposure to:
- Budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Financial reporting and analysis
- Cash flow and working capital management
- Exposure to:
- Investment evaluation
- Fund allocation
- Financial decision support
- Experience handling end-to-end finance operations
- Experience working closely with senior stakeholders and leadership teams
Good to Have
- Exposure to financial modelling and investment analysis
- Experience in mid-sized or growing organizations
- ERP exposure such as SAP, Oracle, or Tally
Preferred Profile
- Based in Kolkata or willing to relocate
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per month
