Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive Lead Generation Associate to identify potential customers, generate qualified leads, and support the sales team in expanding the business pipeline. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, research, and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients through LinkedIn, job portals, company websites, and other online platforms.
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and social media outreach.
- Maintain and update lead information in CRM systems.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve lead generation targets.
- Prepare daily and weekly lead generation reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong research and analytical abilities.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
