Job Summary:
The HR Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment at Detailing Bull, including sourcing, screening, and hiring the right candidates for different roles. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong networking abilities, and hands-on knowledge of job portals to ensure smooth and timely hiring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing & Screening
- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, and referrals.
- Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and shortlist candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.
- Interview Coordination & Selection
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure timely communication and smooth interview process.
- Assist in final selection and follow up with candidates.
- Offer & Onboarding Support
- Share offer details with selected candidates.
- Coordinate joining formalities and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Recruitment Database Management
- Maintain updated records of applicants and open positions.
- Track recruitment metrics and report hiring progress.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR/Management or related field.
- 0–2 years of recruitment experience (freshers with excellent communication can apply).
- Must have knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
